Did you know this iron sculpture of a man sawing a tree is one of the many anonymous statues scattered about Amsterdam? All of a sudden it was there in 1989, and no one knows the artist.
In 1996 his saw went missing, but it was returned overnight and in 1998 his hat went missing and was returned a week later.
Very mysterious….
