Did you know that the flight between Amsterdam and Buenos Aires is KLM’s longest non-stop flight? KLM Royal Dutch Airlines recently resumed the service to Argentina which covers more than 11,000km in about 14 hours.

Back in 1946 when KLM first started flying to Buenos Aires on a Douglas DC-4, there were intermediate stops in Geneva, Lisbon, Dakar, Recife, Rio de Janeiro and Montevideo before arriving in the city of tango after 3.5 days by propeller aircraft.
