Did you know that you can relive the 19th century of Charles Dickens this weekend at Bergkwartier in the city center of Deventer?

In the weekend of 16 and 17 December over 950 lively and colorful characters from Dickens’ famous novels like Scrooge and Oliver Twist will reenact the romantic stories. Groups of carolers singing Christmas songs, immaculately dressed ladies and gentlemen parading the streets of Bergkwartier and vagabonds begging and stealing.
