Did you know that windmill ‘De Roos’ in Delft was lifted up yesterday? The historic windmill and the adjoining house and warehouse were elevated 1 meter to allow construction of a railway tunnel.
Early next year the windmill will be placed back, on the roof of the new railway tunnel.
